FOR TENANT:

The apartment is rented in the condition as it is.
If you need any maintenance we will always let you know or our worker will contact you before coming. Please be careful and don’t open the door for anyone.
Please pay all of the payments in our office and not to anybody else outside as there are many cheaters around!
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, so please smoke on the terrace or outside the apartment.
If you want to bring any animals to the apartment you would always need to ask in advance as we need to confirm with the owner if they would accept animals in their apartment.
In the winter time you need to open the terrace daily as there is a lot of humidity from the sea and the apartment needs to be refreshed daily.
After taking a shower or a bath, also because of the humidity of hot water, you need to open window near for water to evaporate from the bathroom.
If you run out of gas you can refill your gas cylinder on whichever gasoline station of your preference. If you want us to help you it will cost 20€ and the cost of the gas refill.
Remember not to leave any valuables in the apartment as we couldn’t guarantee under any condition if they get stolen for you to get money through the insurance for them.
You need to take rubbish everyday as also when you leave the apartment at the end of your reservation.
If you need a key for the post box, you would need to leave a 30€ deposit.
If you want to pay by bank transfer, please let us know so there is enough time for transfer to be on our account before you come to rent the apartment.
If you would like to have cleaning service during your stay, it will cost you 10€/h.
Final Cleaning costs 55€. Of course we are grateful if you organize the apartment as much as you can and wash some towels or bed leanings as it takes a long time for them to dry and it helps the cleaning staff a lot.
Lightbulbs and batteries for remotes or anything relating to use or consumption should be taken care by a client as we don’t provide lightbulbs and batteries for the apartments.
If you need any small assistance in the house, we can send a handy man or someone else with whom we work and you would need to pay them directly.

Reservation fee is refundable the same as it was paid, if you paid your reservation fee by bank, we will transfer the money to your bank account as soon as the apartment is cleaned and checked. If you paid by cash then you will get in cash also after the apartment is cleaned and checked.

If you arrive outside our office hours you are advised to pay depending on the time of your arrival and the service you prefer.

Between 10-22 o’clock - You would need to pay 20€.

Between 22-10 o’clock – You would need to pay 40€.

Most preferable option is if you take a taxi through our taxi service as you would get a taxi, which will drive you to the apartment and have a key for you ready.

This service costs 45€ and you need to pay it directly to the driver in cash.
